Ron has been in Real Estate since 1986. He has worked as a regular agent, also handled builder accounts and REO's. He has been an Trainer, KW Team Leader, Branch Broker, and owned his own real estate company. He is a Pre-licensing and CE instructor, and the Broker for Equity Real Estate in California.
Making agents great is what he loves to do. He is dedicated to helping other achieve success. Serving the needs of his agents comes first.
A native of California, he grew up in the west Orange County/Long Beach area, and now lives in San Diego. He and his wife have 4 grown children, 8 grandchildren, with more on the way. He loves the beach, the mountains, and traveling this great state meeting agents and helping people reach their goals.
