These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text (SMS/MMS) messaging program operated by “EQUITY REAL ESTATE®” for its Support Line, +1 (844) 700-0222. By sending a text message to this number, you agree to these terms.

Program Description:

The Equity Real Estate Support Line is a customer-care messaging service. It is used only to respond to questions and provide support to individuals who contact us. Messages are one-to-one and conversational — we do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk text messages through this number.

How You Provide Consent (Opt-In):

Consent to receive text messages is customer-initiated. You provide your consent by texting our Support Line at +1 (844) 700-0222 — for example, after an Equity Real Estate agent or branch office provides you the number by phone or in person. We will only reply to messages you send us. We do not add you to any list, and we do not share or sell mobile opt-in information or consent for any purpose, including marketing.

Message Frequency:

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Because this is a support line, you will generally only receive messages in reply to a conversation you start.

Message & Data Rates:

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text or data plan.

Opt-Out (STOP):

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from our Support Line. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send you any further texts unless you contact us again. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while your opt-out is processed.

Supported Carriers:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of our control.

Privacy:

Your privacy is important to us. Information you provide through this messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never share or sell your mobile phone number or consent for marketing purposes.
