He was born and raised in Tondo, Manila, Philippines. His early education was completed in Manila and eventually learned Real Estate in California.
He enlisted in the United States Navy in February 1988 and served served for 8 ½ years particularly during the height of Desert Shield and Desert Storm and was Honorably Discharged as a Gas Turbine Systems Electrical First Class Petty Officer (Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist) in July 1996.
After serving the United States Navy, Chino excelled in the Automobile Sales Industry and managed Sales and Finance Departments for various dealership for 18 years.
He then ventured in the Real Estate Industry. Recieved his California Real Estate License in 2007 and is currently with Equity Real Estate - Pacific Coast with an Office in National City, CA focusing in Real Estate Sales and Property Management.
