Born and raised at the beach in Ventura, CA, Derek is a 15-year resident of Pacific Beach where he lives with his wife, Chrissy, and 1-year-old son, Duke. A licensed Real Estate Agent and investor, he spent nearly a decade working with one of the nation's premier real estate investment education companies, helping investors all over the country start, grow, and scale their businesses. This background gives him a keen understanding of the unique nuances and value of agents and investors working together. As an agent, he understands how to help investors in their day-to-day business, gets what they're looking for, and provides value while partnering in consistent action. As an investor, he loves to work with other agents as local experts to grow and expand his business while helping them earn recurring commissions. Derek holds dual Master’s Degrees in Marketing and Integrated Marketing Communications with experience developing comprehensive marketing strategies and maintaining small business digital media presence and communications.
