Best part of your day:

First thing every morning after feeding our corgi, Ross, I sit and enjoy my morning coffee alone and journal about all I am grateful for, as well as focusing on positivity and being open to solutions for issues I may be facing. This practice has proven to be so very beneficial both in my work and personal life.

Surprising fact:

Most people don't realize I'm actually very competitive — I just don't wear it on my sleeve. Years of showing horses and dogs taught me discipline, composure, preparation, and the drive to continually improve. In business I'm very team-oriented and collaborative, but underneath that is a quiet competitive spirit that's always pushing for growth, excellence, and results. I learned early on that the strongest competitors don't always have to be the loudest ones.

Favorite part of your job:

What I enjoy most about being a Broker is the opportunity to encourage and help others succeed. I love creating a positive culture where agents can grow into the best version of themselves professionally and personally. I desire to make a lasting impact for those in my care.
