Born in New York City, he grew up working in his father's construction company. At the age of 16, he became the foreman to men 3 times his age. Fixing houses and buildings for investors, opened his eyes to profits in Real Estate! At 18, he purchased his first building, fixed it and rented it. Learning the business inside out he listed, bought & sold homes all over New York, Florida & North Carolina becoming the Top Listing and Selling agent.
