About Antonio
Antonio Worsham is the Regional Designated Broker and Broker-in-Charge for Equity Real Estate, overseeing operations in North Carolina and South Carolina. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Antonio has built a reputation for leadership, integrity, and dedication to his community. He holds numerous professional certifications, including Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), ePRO, and Workforce Housing Specialist (WHS). He is also certified in At Home with Diversity (AHWD) and serves as an Ambassador for Realtor Commitment to Excellence (C2EX).
Antonio’s influence extends beyond his daily role, as he serves on the NC Realtors Board of Directors and is a Past President of the NC Realtors Housing Foundation. His leadership and dedication have been recognized through his involvement with the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association (CRRA) Professional Standards Committee and his graduation from the CRRA Leadership Academy.
Antonio founded Equity Real Estate in North Carolina with a clear vision: to create a company that is just, fair, and agent-centered. He believes in empowering agents to excel, giving them the tools and support they need to serve their clients, customers, and communities effectively. His passion for education, service, and uplifting the community has been a constant driving force throughout his career.
Outside of real estate, Antonio is a dedicated family man. He is the proud father of Avery, a teacher and football coach in Denver, CO, and Kayla, who serves in the United States Army. Antonio is also a doting grandfather to four wonderful grandchildren.
A proud Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity member, initiated at Florida State University in Spring 1984, Antonio’s hobbies include riding motorcycles with the Old School Riderz Riding Club, swimming, playing the saxophone, and coaching. His diverse interests reflect his belief in living life fully, contributing to the community, and leading by example.
