Hi there! My name is Johnny Cassell
I’m a Utah REALTOR, house flipper, equity builder and confidant.

I grew up in Virginia, attended Nashville Auto Diesel College in Tennessee, and moved to Salt Lake City, UT in 2008. After a career in short term rental management, home renovations, and flipping houses; it felt like a logical transition to make the move to Residential Real Estate sales.

Adventure has always been important to me. In 2007, Just before moving to Utah I thru-hiked the 2,162 mile Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine. It took me 155 days and was the adventure of a lifetime. I continue to pursue the outdoors through mountain biking, hiking, rollerblading (so cool) snowboarding and canyoneering.

Since getting into real estate I have continually taken designation courses through the National Association of REALTORS® to further my Real Estate knowledge and stay at the forefront of a continually changing industry. I also do big and small renovations including turning my personal home from a split-entry into a Ranch/Rambler stye home.

As a REALTOR® & remodler, I’m focused on learning as much as possible to better serve my clients at the highest level.

I'm not a big fan of social media, so I'm not out there much on the internet but if you want to work with someone who understands real estate, money, design, building, and has many raving client reviews I've got those in spades.
