Toni Goodsell

I have 27 years as a full time agent. Steve and I met in the real estate industry and became business partners in 2002 and we were married in 2005. Since then we have opened and managed 3 real estate offices. We currently have an office in Tooele and one in West Valley.

I have worked for 5 different brokerages over the years in Tooele County. We found Equity Real Estate in 2010 and Equity has been the best company we have ever been with. The training, education, and tools they provide are unsurpassed. We feel that we can do the best job possible for our clients, family, and friends at Equity.

I graduated from USU in 1997. Owned and operated my own business (Web Designer) from 1996 until 2001. I have been trained and certified in Short Sales, and Relocation. Through the years I have worked with many first time home buyers, seniors, investors, and people moving up or down to a different home. I have vast knowledge when it comes to water rights and shares, acreage, and horse property. I have served on the Board of Directors for the Tooele County Association for 8 years I am a past President. I am a graduate of Leadership UAR and have 2 Short Sale designations.

I feel the best service I can provide to my clients is listening. Everyone has a different story to tell and taking the time to listen helps me use my experience and knowledge to do the best job possible for them.

I have made many life long friends in this business and hope to make many more. I enjoy quilting, crafting, and camping in my spare time. I have 5 kids, 17 grandkids, 2 great grandkids and two very spoiled dogs.
