How I got here-- to St Louis, Missouri and into investment real estate--- is an interesting story! My husband and I grew up in Montana and have always lived in the West, but when our daughters moved East, we followed in 2023. A surprise lay off this year jumped my husband into buying properties to flip or rent and I first helped with free labor, but now I can also facilitate purchases & sales of his properties. I had never thought about being an agent, but I see now how investment properties suit my personality well and, with all of the contracts, brings me back to my first career as an attorney. I'm truly fascinated by the full-circle and excited for this new adventure!
