Hi, I’m Kim! I’m a Southern Utah local, a mom of three, and the face behind Casa Sol by Kim. I’ve always had a love for home decorating, beautiful spaces, and helping others feel at home—and now I get to bring all of that into my real estate career with Equity Real Estate.

I’m not your typical agent. I bring creativity, warmth, and a designer’s eye to every home I help buy or sell. Whether it’s staging, marketing, or walking clients through their very first offer, I’m here to make things simple, personal, and even a little fun.

When I’m not out showing homes or working on a new listing, you’ll find me playing pickleball, hiking the red rocks, hosting bunco night with friends, doing home projects, or curled up with a good book. I believe buying or selling a home should feel like a new adventure—not a stressful chore—and I’m here to walk that road with you every step of the way.
