I’m a Managing Broker licensed in Washington State with over 12 years of real estate experience, focused on helping agents build effective, sustainable businesses that fit their individual strengths and goals. My approach centers on partnership, not control—supporting brokers as they develop systems and strategies they truly understand and can consistently execute.

I enjoy working closely with agents to leverage the tools available to them, including websites, CRM systems, and marketing platforms, while helping them identify their core pillars of business—whether that’s sphere, online leads, content creation, open houses, or referrals. By aligning the right tools with the right strategies, agents gain clarity, confidence, and measurable growth.

My role as Managing Broker is to provide guidance, accountability, and real-world insight, while encouraging autonomy and ownership. I believe the most successful agents are those who feel supported, educated, and empowered to build a business that works for them—not one they’re forced into.
