Amy Cardinal, a broker with Equity Colorado Real Estate based in Denver, CO, is a long time veteran of the real estate industry, that includes over 4 years in the residential real estate arena. She has represented clients all over the Denver Metro region including FSBOs, new home sales, and multi-family real estate transactions.

She has worked in many areas of the real estate industry for over 20 years, with a concentration in multi-family and investment properties. Transitioning to residential real estate was an easy one for her as the common desire to help people was the same. Passionate about working with people to help them realize their specific real estate dream, Amy has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her clients’ expectations.

In her free time, Amy is an avid lover of the outdoors and loves to explore all of Colorado’s beauty. Spending time on the trails in a side by side, together with her husband, Dave, as well as hanging with their dogs Dozer, Cooper and Delilah, is something Amy never takes for granted.
