Evanny Schaffer

From a young age I watched my parents invest in real estate and enjoyed touring homes and seeing what rental properties my parents would take on. Most of my summers were spent helping tear out kitchens, pick up pinecones (getting paid a penny per!), and helping paint or mow. When I was 19 and looking for a bit more responsibility I joined a mortgage company as an admin assistant and that encouraged me to look for my own home. My parents supported my dream and my dad helped me close on my house in the summer of 2019. All these years later I have had many roommates that have helped me 'House Hack' my way through mortgage payments and renovations on my single income.

I am curious and love taking on new projects - from beekeeping, gardening, canning, keeping quail, and remodeling my wonderful 1970's home, I am always up for a challenge!
