About Corinn
Real estate isn't just my career—it's been a part of my life for more than 20 years.
Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work in a lot of different areas of the industry—helping buyers and sellers, working in mortgage lending, co-owning a RE/MAX brokerage, and owning, managing and rehabbing rental properties for more than 15 years. All of that has given me a well-rounded understanding of real estate, from financing and negotiations to investing and property ownership.
Even though a lot of my professional experience was in Utah County, Cache Valley has always been home. I’ve lived here most of my life, and I’m excited to be home again to serve the community I know and love.
One of the things that matters most to me is helping my clients understand the process. I’ve always been naturally curious and I like to know the “why” behind things, so I try to do the same for the people I work with. Instead of just telling clients what to do, I take the time to explain their options, answer questions, and help them feel confident in their decisions.
For me, real estate is about relationships. My clients are never just another transaction—they’re people with goals, dreams, and exciting new chapters ahead. Whether you’re buying your first home, moving into your forever home, selling an investment property, or going through a big life change, I’m here to offer honest guidance, personalized service, and clear communication every step of the way.
Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and I’d love the opportunity to be a part of your journey and help you reach your real estate goals with confidence.
