Gabriel Perez

Gabriel J Perez was born and grew up in Mexico City and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and a Postgraduate degree in Banking and Credit. He has 20 + years of banking experience. He is a Certified Coach for the Rich Dad program. Also, He is the Founder of the Utah County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and a Board Founder of the NAHREP Salt Lake Charter. He has been on other Boards and Community organizations.
He is a REALTOR since 2004 and holds some designations and certifications such as CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, TRC (Transnational Referral Certification), CNE (Certified Negotiator Expert), and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist).
He is a good-standing member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors), UAR (Utah Association of Realtors), and the UCAOR (Utah Central Association of Realtors).
Gabriel likes the team sports like Soccer, Basketball, and Baseball. He likes to dance and as he said “I am very competitive and results-oriented when I play I really play to win”. He had some championships in Soccer, Basketball, and Dance, as he said about himself: “I am a very competitive and results-oriented guy”. That is the reason why he has created a tremendous team that works with him and they have achieved a successful career with awards from Century 21, and Equity Real Estate.
Gabriel likes helping people and that makes him feel so happy. He said: “When I started my career in Real Estate I found out so easy to help people. When people call me to sell their houses and see that together we can create a plan, follow the plan, and end up selling for more money in less time is so rewarding making them very happy. Also, when I have the privilege to work with people who referred to me, and helping them to Buy a house is different. When I explain to them the 5 steps to Buy and walk them through the process one-on-one and supervise the whole transaction they are amazed at the results. When I handle them the Keys to their new House are the most rewarding experience and satisfaction that empowers me to do even better the next time.
