When I was 21, my older cousin and I were talking and he said to me, "Man, I've always wanted to get a house down by BYU campus and rent it out". That idea stuck with me, and that summer I earned enough money to put down on a dinky old condo. From then, I fell in love with real estate investing.

Since then, I have put almost all of my savings into real estate. I personally have bought over 25 investment properties, both in residential and commercial. I understand not only how to find an investment property, but also how to run in-depth financials to help guide the purchase process.
