James has been involved with Real Estate since 2009 as an investor and part-time Broker. Most recently James worked as a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Manager for a Fortune 1000 company, but is now excited to leave the corporate world and commit to Real Estate full-time.
James splits time between Charlotte, NC and St George, UT, and lives with his wife Ariel and their dog Otis. In his spare time, James enjoys the outdoors, listening to live music, and (attempting) to golf. He is also an active member of the national REIA (Real Estate Investors Association), as well as multiple local REIAs.
