Having a long history in Management Consulting, energies are focused on understanding client requirements; collecting and performing financial analysis for both properties of interest or comparable properties; and serving as a sounding board and customer advocate to support them through every step of the process.

Having started in Real Estate as a Real Estate Investor, thinking beyond traditional solutions to challenges and a focus on the numbers is a way of life. I pursue creative solutions and network heavily with experts in my field to tap into their experiences as well as leveraging my own. If I don’t know something or have the answer, you can count on me to work tirelessly to find the answer.
