Over the past 2 decades, my business has been built 100% on referrals because I truly care about my clients and their priorities. I take great pride in possessing the qualities that make an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, effective negotiation skills, marketing savvy and a high-quality professional network. Because I truly care about my client's best interests, this makes me want to continually improve my education and ways of doing business. In 2004 I obtained my broker's license. I owned/ operated a branch office and also mentored several agents. I am a graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a Short Sale Expert (SSE), a member of the Utah Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. In addition, I've found that the latest technology enables me to be more respectful of my client's time by being more efficient. It helps me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients and allows us to be more competitive.

I know my market. You could say I have a passion for Utah! I am a Utah native who grew up in a real estate family. My mother owned a real estate office in Park City and was the founder and president of the Park City Board of Realtors. When you hire me you hire an expert in Utah real estate who will work tirelessly on your behalf.

I have enjoyed selling a wide range of properties. From new construction (managing and primary agent on multiple projects), move up and luxury homes in the Salt Lake City and Park City area. I also enjoyed several years of selling luxury, second homes in St George, specifically, Entrada Country Club and the Snow Canyon Corridor.

My other interests include; spending time with family, friends and our rescue dogs, skiing (downhill & cross-country), scuba, hiking and travel. I earned my private pilot license in 2008...a source of pride.
