Randall Wall

Randall C Wall has been with Equity since the early years (2005) when Equity was run from Brady's basement, his sister handled payroll and the conference room was Starbucks & whatever restaurant was open. "It really is about the agent as I have closed close to 50 transactions a year no matter where the office was."

Randall has believed in this great company from its humble inception until today's multi-state success story with Equity being the largest brokerage in Utah and in the top 20% nationwide.

Randall believes in aggressive representation as a broker, "I'm a working broker who believes that if you’re not active in the business you’re not very qualified to help agents who are.” "I have never let my agents go before the DRE or any other licensing body without representation. I roll my sleeves up and go to work for my agents and don't ever let them feel like I don't care or am too lazy to look out for their interests."

As a result his branch is made up of more experienced agents "we limit new agents to 10% or less of our total branch so that I can focus on the agents’ success." Many of Randall's agents are investors or work with investors in all areas of the real estate business.

Randall has served Equity as their representative to the Utah Association of Realtors from 2010-2013. And currently helps direct the Equity humanitarian efforts around the globe.

Equity is one of the only companies (maybe the only one) that contributes from every transaction to charities both local and abroad. Recently Equity agents and Randall provided medical service to over 400 indigenous people in Guatemala and helped build a school in a remote region of Alta Verapaz and were honored by the Vice president and Pro-Consul of Guatemala for our company's humanitarian efforts.

Professionally Randall serves as President of the Salt Lake Investors Association and has been involved for many years with between 300-400 dues paying members. Having completed over 500 remodels and spoken live and on radio from Maine to Washington State on real estate and real estate investing in front of tens of thousands of agents and investors Randall is an expert in his field. Training abroad includes training investors from Greece, Spain, Poland, France, Canada, Europe, Qatar, and South America.

Published internationally in the field of real estate and investment many times in recent years Randall attempts to help investors in the US and abroad take part in wealth building activities that have set this great country apart from the rest of the world. We promote real estate in the US and specifically Utah as a safer haven for investment in real estate where countries with less stable regimes and economies are chasing out property owners and investors.

His personal interests outside of real estate are humanitarian outreach and activities that serve others, reading, writing, fishing, shooting, movies & his personal favorite TRAVEL!
Randall has a dog "Thor" that you will probably see with him that helps keep him grounded. Randall speaks Spanish fluently, German slowly, is learning Nepali, swears occasionally and uses a smattering of other languages having served on active duty and living abroad in the US Army and as a private citizen for most of 10 years.
